Our remote online coaching begins with an initial phone or Zoom conversation. Here, we will discuss and establish your fundamental goals, as well as mini goals to help drive and motivate you during your journey towards achieving your ultimate goal. We will take into consideration your current fitness levels, lifestyle factors, such as work and family commitments, as well as recent injuries and race results to help plan a structured training regime that works specifically for you. Training smart is Real Runners main ingredient to being able to train consistently - This is the bread and butter for success.
Communication is constant via WhatsApp. For goals to be achieved, it is imperative there is regular contact between coach and athlete.
Training uploaded and sent via a sophistcated online training platform and can be uploaded directly to your Garmin watch and calendar.
Training Programmes are sent through on a bi- weekly basis. If lifestyle factors affect that specific weeks training, the programme can be amended, quickly and easily.
As soon as a monthly direct debit has been set up, an invitation will be sent for athletes to join our exclusive Strava Real Runners Club, as well as our Instagram and Facebook Page, where we will tag and follow your running journey. In addition to this, a final invitation link will be sent directly to athletes, allowing them to view their weekly training via a sophisticated online training platform, which can also sync directly with your Garmin watch.
There is a 1 month cancellation notice. Limited places.

1-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
At Real Runners we are on hand to meet you at your house or elsewhere to take you through a specific training programme based upon your own physical capabilities and their own training experience.
Our team possess expertise knowledge and a strong passion for health and fitness. We thrive on encouraging and guiding others to work towards their health and fitness goals. Making an appointment is the first step toward establishing a routine that will keep you motivated and challenged. Consultations take place at your convenience, at your pace, with your personal goals always to the fore. We believe in treating our clients, exactly how we as athletes would want to be treated. We use this exact method with beginners right through to elites.
This will include a gentle jog, conversation pace and then a number of dynamic stretches and drills.
Each coaching session is thoroughly planned and tailored to each individual’s running ability and current goal, and can be adapted on the day if necessary. The session will involve working at both aerobic and anaerobic threshold and is guaranteed to leave you that #RealRunnersHigh
A gentle warm down jog, followed by some static stretches and reflection.

Individual sessions cost £90 or a block of 10 sessions can be booked for £800 (avg at £80 per session).
(Each session is approx. 60 minute. We respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations otherwise a 100% fee we be charged)
